It dramatically reduces the production cycle time and also reduces scrap, labor and production cost for both the manufacturer and end user. The jumbo coiler includes an in-line annealer, with a specialized coiling system, allowing for coils up to 1200kg coil in a form suitable for transportation. systems eliminates the need for a level wind coil system and batch annealler. The final packing is automatically finished on the machine as well.
